The Otter is an amazing play boat for intermediate and advanced paddlers. The Otter is very forgiving, making it a great boat to learn and advance in. It has a flat bottom and a very sharp chine that carries to within a foot of the ends which makes it great for carving and surfing. The Otter also has a great secondary stability.
