Detonator and Fiberglass Phoenix C-1 for sale

Post by kabuki_blaze »

I have an Esquif detonator for sale with float bags, 2 bilge pumps, and thigh straps. The boat is in good condition, one repair on the inside of the Hull and holding well. Boat still has lots of life left. $400.00

Also have a barely used (maybe one paddle) fiberglass Phoenix C-1, 12 feet. $200

Pictures on request.

I'm surprised no one is jumping on the Detonator. Why did you have to repair the inside of the hull? :-?
I went raftin' once. I think it was in Ohio.

How did the FG Phoenix c-1 get trimmed to 12 feet? They made the "Seewun," one of which I still own, and it is standard old slalom length, 13' 2".

The Seewun lacks rocker, but it is a fast cruising hull. Mine is the "Fiberlastic" layup, heavy as a Gyramax, but longer lasting.

Sorry Folks, I have been out of town. In regard to the questions.

First, your correct, I was wrong, the C-1 is a little over 13ft, sorry about that.

The repair was a small delam on the inside of the hull that I fixed with pflex and fiberglass, seems real sturdy and a non-issue.

I have pictures now, send me a PM with your email and I will forward the pictures along..

Thanks
