| Paddled it twice this weekend. On Saturday we had three canoeists in our group (two open, one decked). We saw one other single-blader on the river. On Saturday we had two open boats in our group. I saw no other single-stickers. Saturday's level was 3 inches below zero, Sunday's was 5 inches below (that's on the bridge gauge. The online gauge was -.7 or -.8feet). That's plenty of water to have fun. I paddled it one day last month when the bridge said +1.1 feet. That extra foot and a half makes an impressive difference. I want to paddle it a few more times this summer. I'll post on here when I'm headed that way. |
