Description:
Designed for the '96 Olympics. Jon Lugbill had a deal with Dagger, Davey Hearn with Perception
User Comment:
The Dynamic was the third (I think) in a series of boats Davey designed where he was experimenting with cockpit forward design and more volume in the bow (the other two were I believe one-off boats, the X-1 (Sexy One), the other had a uncharacteristic broad bow). I think Davey won the '95 Worlds in a Dynamic. I never paddled a Dynamic, but I understand the criticism was that it didn't turn very easy. I also understand that the Dynamic is a much better boat and has much better characteristics if your a little heavy (between 190lbsand 220lbs)
