Description:
Fast boat, but difficult to turn and pivot. Maverick Plus (for larger paddlers) also exists.

From the CForum (DaveM): Early Mavericks turned horribly, a trate that I understand was improved in later versions, but never entirely corrected. Early Mavericks were center cockpit boats similar to the Fanatic series. I think the cockpit was moved forward in later Mavericks, but I'm not that familiar with these versions.
