ZET Director- factory C1
Carries a load regardless of your weight and stays agile.
And an awesome everyday creeker/river runner if you're a bigger guy.
It's my goto C1. Yes, I am biassed.

Trim in asymetric hull ?
Any advice on how far seat back should be from true center.
I know it's personal, just looking for a starting point.
The boat is a Wenonah Recon, kind of a real fat Spark.
Supposedly a Spark crossed with OutrageX
Thanks

Wenonah Recon - Anyone have one?
I'm finally looking at outfitting my Recon. I'll use a bulkhead saddle for now, but may switch to a simple kneling thwart for tripping. How far should my back of saddle be from stern? (butt to tip of stern) I'm looking for a starting point in finding trim. Does anyone have a factory outfitted one th...

Re: Good K hulls for C-1 conversion
Years ago, when I was only C1ing on occassion, I was using a Wavesport Y. I quite liked it at the time. I still have one that I use to introduce people. It's wide and stable, really agile, boofs great, surfs and spins. Slow as all hades. Fairly roomy cockpit, easy convert. The edge and hard chines a...

Re: For sale Dagger Legend 15
A bit far right now, I'm in BC. I'll be watching for a way.
Great boat. Had one and lost it in the split.
Did the first canoe solo (in a solo, on a solo trip) of the Alsek in it. at highest level ever canoed
It was a great big water solo tripper.

Prijon Delirious advice
Back in the day I had a Delirious C1. I loved it. Good surfs and spins, eddyline silliness and hand cartwheels. I used it for playspots and playing my way down class 3 or less. I weighed about about 180lbs. I sold the boat long ago. I bought a very old stock, never been unwrapped Delirious kayak dur...

Re: Zet Raptor C1 conversion
I'm using a Level Six Ace kayak deck on all ZET C1 models (the DirectorC1 is my primary boat), and each boat has about an extra inch added to it's saddleback. The tunnel offset isn't out enough to concern me. It's challenging to get on, but it's dry and stays put. I went with the level six because i...
