Lost 1 Aquabound Edge (the other paddle was a beater) on the Salmon River in Marlboro Ct on Sunday Morning. The paddle has my phone number on the blade, but if found please call 860-608-4287. The water was at 8ft well out of the banks and roaring. The paddles could be in the Connecticut river by now.

I would gwet a hold of Richard and Sam at Mohawk. They are great to work with and you might find that a brand new boat is the way to go. The $200 that you would save in new would buy a nice paddle.

So what is the bottom line........is the Viper 11 a boat for the 230# paddler or should they be looking for the Viper 12? Just on weight alone all others being equal, because I am looking to place an order for a Viper 11.

I am looking at Millbrook for a new whitewater canoe. I am looking at the Rumba or the Defiant. How are these boats? How do they paddle and most of all how do they stand up to the waters of New England? I Paddle many rivers that at times have less than you would like of water so I am concerned about...

I will look at the clipper as an alternate to the Mohawk.
