I am looking to buy a C1 saddle or Oc1 saddle that I can use in a conversion of a LL Airhead. Any input would be appreciated. I am looking at a Fence rail conversion as another option. The only problem with that is, the boats cockpit screw holes has a crack in it. I am located in Cincinnati.

Man I love the switch to OC1 but I am still not sure about how to put my feet. Am I supposed to lay them flat or up on my toes. Also what are some good exercises to stretch out my feet and ankles. I barely can walk afterwards and I cant stay in my boat for more than 3 miles. One more question where ...

Is it really important that my main paddle is a spoon blade? I am a big guy and when I was a kayaker I could make the strongest paddle flex like crazy. (fixed my stroke from that) If all spoons do is add more power to your stroke is it really that much important to get a spoon paddle?

This is a noob question but I have to ask it. What is the best way to blow up my airbags when I am at the river? Should I get a footpump or what?
