Bulb grease will help keep the connection from corroding but you need to clean the terminals first. I have used small pieces of emery cloth rolled up to get in the female parts.The cleaner the better.

Thanks I will try moveing the staps.If that dont work I might cut them out and install Mike Yee straps.

I'm sorry I should have said that the thigh straps are slipping at the release buckles,especially when I try to roll. But also at other times.I might also say I have had only mohawk outfitted boats before.

I just bought a nitro with factory outfitting and Im having problems with the thigh straps loosening. Short of tying a knot behind the buckle.Im looking for a fix.

Any ideas?

P.S I really like the boat otherwise
