Hi Adam, hi cboaters,
I hope you're going to like this new one:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 4645014963
I thought I'd try to do this with a canoe paddle (really!) but why won't you try it?
Yoav
PS-- Adam, wouldn't it be cool if people could embed videos on this forum?

New W video
Hi Adam, hello C boaters,
This is our latest video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 4487820075
You'll probably notice the J twist to the wavewalking paddle stroke somewhere in the middle of the vid.

Goofing On Ice
Hi Adam & everybody! Some Cboats.net old timers may remember Adam's report on the W and the pictures he posted of him and me doing the 'Penguin Leap' on ice and paddling standing. Well, now there's an 8 minute movie on Google Video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5855740679129255748 The mov...

Finally - a canoe...
Hi Adam, hi everybody Finally, we found a paddler who likes canoeing the Wavewalk more than kayaking it :D ... I suppose this pleasant discovery would suffice to classify the W as a "Twin hulled canoe with a high and long saddle". http://www.wavewalk.com/canoeist_02.jpg This canoeist also paddles hi...

Gosh, that looks very tricky. were you nervous? :D It's not really as tricky as it looks but I got nervous because it took me several trials before I got a 'smooth' crossing on the trunk section that's above the surface... Anyway, I was more nervous in the winter of 04' when I did 'penguin leaps' o...

New video - Paddling over a fallen tree trunk
Hi Adam, hi everybody -
This is our latest goofy video:
http://www.wavewalk.com/Going_Over_A_Su ... _Trunk.wmv
Perhaps you'll enjoy it more if you imagine the paddler using a single blade paddle (BTW, it's possible)

pain
Hi Jim,
Leg pain, leg numbness or back pain - It's always good to be able to switch between positions. It may not be the most practical suggestion in class V but you still may be interested in reading this:

Re: nice
can you roll that thing? Hi Nam, I would think it's impossible because the W boat concept is about offering the best stability and control to the paddler so he/she can stay in the boat and not have to recover it, and rolling is essentially a recovery technique for unstable kayaks. Having said that ...
