Yup, it's worth it. Ocoee at 420 cfs. is well worth it. we had a blast. the only part that was supper low was the stretch right above broken nose. it was like a new river. very creekish, new boofs and playspots. i'll definitely be back if nothing else is running. It's been releasing a steady 420 ...

I think the lowest that I ran the sinks was 2.2ish. We ran down just past the Elbow. Thats also the the only time I've ran the Elbow.
But I've been told you can run it lower if you putin below the sinks.

I think mine are snapdragon? I only use the shaft one - the top one is annoying. With a dry suit, you'd be surprised how warm your t-grip hand stays.
