Re: Mohawk thigh retainer system

Here is my take on all of Mohawks Outfitting. The single thigh retaining system is good for what it was designed to do. It is the closet thing to a bulkhead as you can get without using aaaaa bulkhead. It is a one size fits all outfitting that was very easy to install in production boats. It is not ...

Re: Update on Mohawk

The paddles of yesteryear wear made by a separate company, brother to the owner of the canoes.
At the moment we have no plans to use t formx. Very little interest in making most of our old models, I might try and do a plastic viper 11 though.

Re: Update on Mohawk

We focused the last couple of years to develop a very user friendly online store that meets the needs of our customers. In that time we also brought all airbag production in house. Making all bags to order, and...

Re: Reuse, recycle. . .

I have converted a couple of Viper 11's and Viper 12's through the years. I like the 12 more than the 11 set up tandem. I have one now with tandem bulk heads that is pretty sweet.

Re: $25 Buffalo Canoe Project. Can I fix it?

Anything can be fixed. The real question is it worth it. So you are $25 in already, you have some room to play. Myself I would scrap it and find a beat boat for a couple of hundred and call it good. But enough G-flex and proper planing it can be done.

River Rescue training

Jim Coffey is putting together a really cool rescue training course. Here is a little info on it. I have recently been asked to facilitate a River Rescue Workshop in the SE USA. The request was to do program that is purely scenario driven with coaching/instructional feedback given from each scenario...

Re: Identify This Canoe
