Re: outfitting gear
Wow, thanks for the info & pics from both you. I am wondering if a hole saw set on slow speed on drill press would work any easier??? I know you could only go thru so far then have to clean hole saw out before re-inserting into hole to continue cut???

Re: Nice Bell Ocoee & A Few Canoe Paddles FS/FT
Ray, I could not find your e-mail, so am back here to check out pics again. Can you tell me what the height is on seat in the Piranha? I am 5"7" & wondering if it would need cutting down since you are over 6'. Most my seats are around 8 or 9" if I remember correctly. Thanks

Re: outfitting gear
Thanks pblanc. Where would you recommend placing the holes & what size did you use? And what or how did you cut the holes to insert piping? I considered the TKO but someone has offered me a used pedestal I may take a look at. I will do a search on the Fastex buckles to purchase as this is all new t...

Re: outfitting gear
Hey, thanks pblanc. The daisy chains are exactly what I plan to do re removable pedestal. Did you modify your own pedestal or buy one already drilled w/re-enforced tubing ( PVC pipe?)?

Sorry for delay, but it looks like the rings are gone to person in local club. If they do not pick up as expressed I will post again.

Re: Free D-rings
You guys are dealing w/a techno-retard here so bear w/me. If you send me an e-mail address, I can send you a picture as these may not be what you think; very different from standard, round patch w/one big, thick D-ring. I know how to send a pic via e-mail but have not figured some other computer ma...

Re: OC2 Saddle placement
Thanks EZWATER. I like the idea of being able to move the seats around. Bear w/me as I am not as into this as most of you so some terms such as "fishform" & "swedeform" are not familiar to me. I do know the Caption is asymmetrical. If you can suggest an outfit/company that makes outfitting that is m...

Re: OC2 Saddle placement
I have the same question as original post, but for a different canoe; a Dagger Caption. Anyone that may have outfitted one or similar canoe, I would appreciate input. Mine came w/kneeling thwarts & I had asked about quick release set ups; got some good responses. But after paddling a little, getting...

Why are you selling the Prelude? Air bags good?
I may be up your way in Sept to do the Rideau. If you still have it I would like to see it.
