could i convert any kayak to a c1? Or do certain boats make easier c1's? I've found a few links with ideas on the outfitting so I think i'm good once i figure out which boat to get!

I'm just getting started out paddling more seriously and im interested in a riverrunner/ playboat pretty cheap. 350 or less at this point.

i'm a lightweight so id need a smaller persons boat.

Anyone got anything??
