I've been on anti inflammatory meds for two days and I feel much better, probably restart training in two days from now.

Love the info I got on this tread. I'll probably change my paddle angle and work my hip snap/crunch.

Cool vid Kelvin

Shoulder pain and rolling a canoe.

I have no idea how it happened, but I positioned myself to roll my canoe and probably pulled or ripped something in my shoulder. I can't lift my arm anymore. I didn't hit anything it was just the movement. I wasn't able to brace for the rest of the day but had no problem doing strokes. Has anyone ha...

I sure would like to know how dry is Louie's conversion. I still don't know yet if I should cut my deck or not. I love the look of the cut deck but I like the dryness of the deck too.

I usually keep quiet when I'm filming but the WHOAA came out by itself when I saw that OC2 come out of the water.

@Acosi151 super! Ça serait vraiment bien de voir du monde du Nouveau Brunswick :D .

After I had to swim through a pretty bad set of rapids along side a kayaker I asked my buddies why they all went for the kayaker. They responded : '' We knew an openboater would survive a swim through those rapids.'' I guess there is glory in swimming  !!
