Re: Pyranha Everest C-1 conversion $350

No, but I could meet in the New River/Gauley area if that helps, or a bit up 81, maybe Harrisonburg

Re: Pyranha Everest C-1 conversion $450

Off the market for now as I need to use it for my main boat. Will probably put back on the market at the end of the year.

Pyranha Everest shell $200

This is now a Pyranha Everest shell- nothing inside but the original supports and the rail connecting them. Hull is in good shape, small dent in bow. Located in Blacksburg VA; can meet at New River Gorge, Balcony, Nolichucky. $200 20180624_082412_resized_1.jpg 20180624_082425_resized_1.jpg 20180624_...

Zen and Everest comparison?

Just wondering if anyone has paddled both a Jackson Zen (L) and a Pyranha Everest and can provide points of comparison. I've paddled an Everest some, but am looking for better tracking as I find myself making too many corrections in rapids which scrubs my speed (maybe my pivot point was off?). Zen L...

Re: ISO: 16' parts boat in Appalachia

I got a Legend in the same condition a year ago and replaced all the wood. I still have the old thwarts and cane seats which are still usable if you'd like them (Blacksburg). There's probably a lot of ash out there now if you can find a local woodworker to help you out with the gunwales (that's what...

I once borrowed a RPM conversion and paddled it down the Ocoee. I liked it fine, but missed the edges. I have a Redline now that I love. Try looking for a used one, or maybe an Axiom, which seems to be the current iteration. I weigh 195, btw.

While I ended up not buying a new boat, I did check into it several months ago with LL and yes they do sell empty hulls (with walls but no holes drilled) and the price is a good bit less than for a K-1. Could be an interesting option with their new creek boat.
