I repaired a boat that was trashed once before.....I won't do it again....but if I was to try it again, I would use g-flex and kevlar with the outer layers being s-glass. I've paddled with Adam quite a bit. Knowing his skills and the group he was with I would'nt say he was taking too big of a risk. This is not a class V run by any means.
