I'm looking for something to cover basic paddle strokes, rolling, etc.

Can these be had online or can a dvd be purchased?

I live in Charleston, WV. I paddle with Bernie quite a bit, however, he doesn't have any C-1 boats available. I'm hoping to get a Super EZ in the next month or two. It seems to make sense to look for boats that I would K-1 paddle. I'll patrol used boat forums for a used boat I can convert.

I currently paddle a large Jackson Villain on class 4 & 5 creeks. I also have a Perception Corsica that I paddle on the New and Gauley, sometimes with hand paddles. I currently have two Wavesport Big EZ's (K-1 and C-1) for playing. I weigh about 220 lbs. and 5'8" tall. I'm too heavy for my playboats...
