You can solo a Dimension, if you've got enough bulk.

Or you can go back to tandem.

UPS

I don't know the details, but my Skeeter was delivered by UPS to my front porch (a few years ago). (9'4" long) I was charged less than $100 for shipping.

I'd ask at the desk (canoe in tow). I wonder if the "official" rules don't get bent sometimes?
