ShoutOut to Esquif and Appomattox: I bought a new L'Edge in April 2011 and cracked it two years later. I went back to Tom at Appomattox and he worked out a very fair resolution with Esquif. (Despite the fact that the boat was a year out of warranty) Pretty great customer service.

Just adding a testimonial here. We paddled with Esprit in Mexico a couple of years ago and they did a great job. Our group was mostly intermediate paddlers and the staff was good at tailoring runs to folks' skill level. We went in February when water levels are down in both Mexico and Costa Rica. I ...
