Contact Cement available from any hardware store The problem i had was vinyl-tev worked great on anything vinyl (anchors, open canoe hulls) but didn't stick to my plastic kayak. Vinyl-Tec and Outfitting

Does anyone know whether Vinyl-Tec bonds to the plastic kayaks? Is there an alternative that will bond to the plastic well and also to the Vinyl "D" Ring anchors?
