Ive found the hardware for the thigh strap, just not the strap.

Also willing to trade for slicey old playboats like Session+, I3, etc or high end straight shaft paddles like a double diamond or carbon player/sidekick.

Cash is cool too, $400

There's a chance that it once belonged to him but I cant say with certainty.

Ive had local offers in the $400 range. I figured putting it on this board would get it out to the appropriate crowd and maybe fetch a bit more.
