Nice job with the race Richard. And thanks to Mohawak for stepping to the plate with the Maxim, and the Mitchell. Canoe races like this are just the thing that will grow the sport! Phil pat and I did lower snowbirkd creek. It was great, but low. Tellico tomorrow of course.

Cherahala skyway was blizzard conditions at 1930. 3 _ 4 inches on the road much of the way.

At the sweetwater koa. A lot of open boaters here.

Pretty interesting responses overall.

I agree, I think they are great. Been a big fan after I outfitted that prelude.

Never would have thought about perceptions saddles contributing to the popularity. Makes sense.

Who invented/started using the Bulkhead

Just curious to see when bulkheads came on to the scene.

The first bulkhead I ever saw was in a prelude. Well, it came with an un outfutted prelude I bought a GAF about 7 or 8 years ago.

Wow- Another new open boat, and a creeker at that!

Great to see pics of it. Looks like you are pretty familiar with the Tareau. I'm curious to hear a comparison!

Thanks for sharing.
