Esquif Raven for sale

Selling my barely used Esquif Raven OC-1. Has about 15 river days on it. Was my xmas gift to myself 2014. Only minor surface scratches. Fully outfitted with Atwood Tsunami 1200 pump & battery (integrated into saddle) and 60" nylon bags bought new last summer. I've owned since it was a bare hull. And...

Just moved to PA need folks to paddle with

What up folks? My wife and I just recently moved from Maine to West Chester, PA. Looking for folks to paddle II-III water with and maybe some pool sessions so I can try and get a role down. I've been paddling since I was a wee lad, but just got serious about solo whitewater last year. I've seen the ...

Re: need to know? OCtane91

An I thought I was a creative newb putting a battery in just like that last night!!! I just imagined my hand & dremel were the extension of a CNC machine cutting it out! My imagination sucks! looks great when the battery is in place though. Anywho hope you like the new boat and way to support what a...

Before I drill...

Hey folks, So I'm finally getting around to building my new boat that's been hanging in the garage since Christmas. (Slacker I know!) So the two mid thwarts were un mounted when I got it. Before taking any measurements, I sanded off the original varnish, stained them to my liking and revarnished. No...

I'm guessing Hallowell. Your not right over the tracks at the house with a Green Suby and a Mini are you? Saw a OC-1 there last summer. Now if I could only get the important memories to stick in my head!

Anybody local wanna help me outfit my new boat??

So my Xmas present to myself (Esquif Raven) has been hanging in the garage in its virgin state since Dec., and now it's time to get this thing put together. I'm going to admit right off the bat I've never outfitted an OC-1 before, and my other more mild tempered Bell YS Solo came with thigh straps, ...

Re: The end of ESQUIF..... :(

Now I'm really glad I made the trip up to QC back in Dec. to get my new boat and didn't wait. Hope I don't outgrow it too quickly, as a new hull might be hard to come by. Was gonna replace my old Tripper with an Esquif boat, I'd better start looking quickly. Sorry to see you go Esquif. Like so many ...

And if your interested in either of those two boats check out sierra trading post. Probably one of the last places you could find one, and the shipping isn't that bad.

Re: Is the search feature junk on this forum???

Did not know the "site:" trick that will be extremely helpful.

The museum is a stop for anyone who comes to visit us! Only a short walk from my place.

Thanks again,

Is the search feature junk on this forum???

Hey folks I've recently decided to get myself into whitewater canoeing, and have come to find this site as a great resource, however I find that the search function for the forums sucks! It seems everything I search OC-1 related comes back with no results because the walnut sized brain of the search...

Re: what did you sell or buy this year?

My fleet shrunk a bit then grew in 2014. Sold an H2Pro, bought a Wenonah Advantage, bought a Penobby 16', and for Xmas got myself a shiny new Esquif Raven. Planning to sell my Tripper and a Sawyer Coda/Solo 13 in 2015. I'll be stepping up my WW game this year (or aspire to anyway), hope to meet and ...

Re: Help ID this saddle?

Thanks for the replies. I'm guessing I'll most likely go with straps rather than build the saddle into a bulkhead. It just seems much longer than others I see out there on the market which is why I can see potential issues with mounting the crotch anchors.

Help ID this saddle?

Hey everyone! I've outgrown my Bell YS solo's whitewater abilities and picked up my first WW dedicated OC-1 a new naked Esquif Raven. The shop (Boreal Designs) threw in this saddle with the sweet deal I got, but no idea who made it. Also I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how to mount thigh...
