Yes, I have the kit. Is there an ideal height to mount the braces?

Re: oc boating after knee surgery...
There is LIFE after knee surgery! After playing rugby for 12 years and undergoing 5 knee surgeries (ACL reconstruction on both, MCL on one and two arthoscopic surguries to remove all cartillage), I have been white water OC1'ing since 2000 and going strong. Just got back from ALF and before that Cost...

Re: Baby Falls
IMHO, it's much easier and has significantly fewer potential consequences than Ohiopyle Falls on Lower Yough and/or Wonder Falls on Lower Big Sandy. And, from the carnage I've witnessed and heard about, much easier than the two drops at Valley Falls on the Tygart.

Re: DMSO?
No cartillage = no cure. So, relieving pain is all I'm looking for. I may try it and wil let you know.

Re: Pyranha Spanish Fly for sale
L'edge Lite.
Actually, I never have weighed it. I am thinking, tho, that since it's a heavier duty plastic than the Esquif SFly (46lbs), I'd be liberal and add a few pounds. I guess I can take out that monster of a Werker battery out and lighten it up.

Knuckle scrapes
I keep scraping the same knuckles over and over. Scrapes get infected after a day or two of river running. When I get home I wash with peroxide, cover with triple antibiotic and bandaids changing daily but they take over a week, sometimes two, to heal. Any recommended quicker cures for minor skin ab...
