Perception 3D ??

Has anyone tried a Perception 3D? I am after a boat with a bit more volume than my AMP, but I still want to be able to spin and cartwheel. I just can't think of anything else that would do and I'm on a tight buget so can't afford to buy too newer modle. I weight 77kg and about 1.81m tall. Any ideas ...

I was having the same proble with my steal one and found the best way to fit it was to dubble up the thickness of the strap. It is harder to get it in to the buckle but never slips any more.

I do it just like I would in a kayak but I do not use as much edge as I would in a kayak as I have the leaverage. The other way to do it is do a off side bow draw and edge your boat into it, next thing you know you on your nose.

Wheelboy's downunder

After reading the reviews on the wheelboy and being in the market for a new boat I am very keen for one, but I am in New Zealand. I know that it will cost a lot to get one sent here so I am thinking if any one in N.Z. or Aus. want one we could work something out for shipping. Or if anyone know's of ...

What sprydeck fits them? a normal C1 or K1? any chance of a photo of a real one? Would it make a good river running/ play boat or is it just too slow for river running? How did you guys get on with the shipping?

I mostly use my AMP for river running, but find it subs out too much and I spend just as much energy trying to keep in to top of the water as what I do paddling the rapid, some times more. I am thinking about a I:3 or inazone, but don't really know as there are so many different boats out there now ...

Pyranha I:3

Has anyone paddled a I:3 as a C1? I have done a search but can only find info on the older Inazone's. I am looking for a boat that can run rivers as well as play them. I am thinking about the I:3 222, I am about 180cm tall and 80kg. Any idea's would be great.

I spend most my time running rivers, which don't have may play waves/holes. So that is why I am thinking of a river runner that can still play if we find something worth playing in. I normaly run as high as grade 3 and spend too much time trying to keep my boats from subbing out, thats why I am look...

I am thinking along the lines of Hoss, H3, Blaze kind of boats. Has anyone tryed any of them and what do you thin...

I have a Liquidlogic Space Cadet and it is great, slow but fast on the waves. It's still to quick for me in a hole cartwheeling, but that's mostly from lack of time playing in a hole. Just don't try to paddle against the flow to much, even boil's stop me and send me around the out side of them. But ...
