Curious about the Mohawk Rodeo.

I picked up one for cheap this summer and would like to get some info on how it paddles. I have not had a chance to really paddle it yet. Yes, I know it an older play boat. I am interested in knowing what other paddlers think about it.

I have set it up with new Mike Yee outfitting.

Thanks

Rolling a C-1 instructional video

Hi, Check out "The C-1 Challenge" by Kent Ford. Excellent c-1 instruction video, although it is old school. (1990) Kent also shows how to roll onside and off side and also demos a roll without getting his hair wet. (or at least the top of his head) http://www.performancevideo.com/the_c-1_challenge H...

Riot 007, Prijon LUV or Peception Amp for C1?

Does anyone know what the potential for converting these into a decent all around C1. Any thoughts? What are the more tried and true k1s...

Recommendationn on a good c1 for a beginner?

I have always paddled open boats. I have a Dagger Atom and I was wondering if this is a good boat to learn the art of C1. I have the Atom for sale, however I am beginning to rethink that. I have a few people interested in the Atom, but I haven't committed to a sale yet. ( I really don't want to sell...

Suggestions on outfitting an OC-1

Hi, I have a Mohawk Rodeo that doesn't have any outfitting. I need to start from scratch. Any recomendations? I was thinking about Mike Yee outfitting. (Mohawk is sold out of theirs.) I saw the North Waters adjustable system, but do not know anything about it. Similar to Voyageurs but cheaper. And l...
