OC rolling video

It's that time of year when canoeists everywhere search out warmer water. Practice this at your next pool session.
I tried to insert video here, but ran into problems with file extension. You can see video on my fb. page canoeinstruction.co

I've put a video about the best minicell foam saddle shape, on my fb page canoeinstruction.co
Anyone know how to link it so people can view it on cboats?

Re: Comparing new OC-1 solos for 200+lbs

I paddled the Excite prototype briefly. It's fast, quick to turn. Not a creek boat. It's a boat that will spice up your usual river runs. It's bigger than the Extasy, but still not a big boat.

Re: L'Edge Superlight Outfitting

I always meant to do that... but didn't. Not sure if I like the idea of different flex rate under the wall of a square piece of plastic. I did remove the plastic pipe that came in the hole, since there is no reason to need that in there.

Re: Thoughts on Esquif Blast??

I'm a little late to the thread... but Blast is excellent for paddling with a smaller paddler in your bow ie:kids. Willa and I ran big water as well as creekier stuff in the blast. Now that mine kids are grown up I'm selling my blast if anyone is interested. send me an email pmp@magma.ca

Ain't Louiefest shirts

You can only get your Ain't Louiefest t-shirt by pre-ordering. There are always a few paddlers at the fest trying to trade their stale chips, boat or car for an ALF shirt. Never works. You can buy a car anywhere! You can only get an ALF shirt at ALF! Pre-order yours at http://1blade.net/1blade/A.L.F...

Re: L'edge Superlite

cool to hear you like your new superlite. i'll try to keep you posted on how my superlite is lasting. i hit and smear every rock I see, drag it on portages and just generally paddle it as usual. Actually, you can see me sliding down rocky embankments at my previous creeking course, on a video someon...

Re: L'edge Superlite

my thoughts on the superlite. it's 43 lbs! it paddles like a composite boat, meaning responsive and quick. i'm going to try slalom racing in it this spring. There are a bunch of photos on my fb page of the superlites. I see a comment from a shorter paddler, willa is short too and she wouldn't change...

video-portage canoe&gear in one trip, by yourself.

My new video “How to portage your canoe and gear in one load, by yourself” is online now. I know you’ll learn something from it. I think that is why canoeing appeals to so many of us. There is always something more to learn. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7ec5vKFMCg" onclick="window.open(this.href...
