Hey Louie..Aliesha's roll, now dropping over on her offside

Hey Louie, Aliesha was working out at the pool session the other night. She's now dropping over on her offside, turtling the boat and rolling back up on her onside. Sweet!!!! :D Not bad for a 12 year old creeking fool! :lol: Now its just muscle memory, I'm sure she'll have a full on bomb proof roll ...

A couple questions.... is this an open canoe slalom? The junior class... do 12 old girls have to compete with 19 year old boys? Is there a Junior girls class? Is there design restrictions on the junior boats?

To all you paddling parents, this is the first year that MKC will be starting a new program, its the Junior Solo Open Canoe course ( Splash course), ages 10-16, and the program runs for 5 day. Martin, she already has better style than me. I can remember already three years ago while paddling in the Blast with her, she was gumming me down then, by not liking some of the angles I had set, dropping into eddy to low, the list goes on. Thats why I designed the Splash, I wan't her out of my boa...

How many kid friendly rivers class II ish do you have in the area? Andy from Echo paddles is just putting the finishing touches to the New Kids paddles. He has't yet given the paddle a name. I should have the first ones shipped to me within the week, as I am a Echo paddle dealer. So the kids won't only have their own boat, they'll have a pretty sweet stick as well ...
