Re: ALF 2013 - March 10th-17th

Looks like my youngest daughter will be joining me....... sorry to say she'll be paddling C1.......I guess it could be worse, she could be paddling double stick. That said she's totally stoked about hitting some of the creeks down there..... H20 permitting! Thunder Head Prong, Upper Treemont, Lynn C...

Re: Break down canoe paddle

To step it up a little from the Aqua Bound, Warmer has a two piece in either carbon or fiber glass.

When Aliesha was paddling OC1 she was paddling a chopped down Zoom, she still gets in it from time to time.....as most her time is spent in C1, either her Lizard or Ace. I think she's still only 100lbs. A chopped down Zoom may not be for everyone, but as far as fitting a small lady..... size wise it...

Louie I thinking they'll never make the cover of Rapid since Scott isn't into slalom racers. I hope to have Aliesha out with me this spring running some creeks in Open boat, I'll have to find out when Scott is heading out to run the those creeks as he always has his camera with him.

We'll see where their paddling will take them, excluding an injury in the later part of the season Aliesha was moving along nicly in her C1. I'm really impressed that she has a single hand, back deck roll, its pretty sweet to see. Emily her younger sister has shown great improvement as well in her C...

That would be great, is there an interview with her in it? As she had a phone interview some time back and the article would be great to have if there is one. I'm pretty pleased with these two as things have not gone to their heads. Just last month they both did a phone interview for Rapid Mag, ( ki...

Who can help me....my daughter made the front cover of AWW

I'm not a member of AWW but I'm hearing one of my daugthers made the front cover, so needless to say I'm looking for one if any one is done with their's so we can add it to their scrapbook? I'll pay postage.

Thanks Al Greve

I have two daughters training C1W in Ottawa under the National program, my youngest is 12 and my oldest is 14, she'll qualify as a junior under ICF rules for next spring. From what I'm hearing there still is some backwards th...

Thats way cool Tom!!!
As my girls Aliesha & Emily move along we will consider your C1 in a Absolute, will you consider making a smaller version in volume? As the girls right now are paddling Lizards that are sm with extra sm sterns.

As I'm guessing....we're referring to the boat Liz won? Well.... unless she won a second boat that we're not aware of.... she received her new Spanish Fly about two months ago. Esquif shipped it direct from Quebec.

But I've been told I can't paddle her Fly.... so I'd take a second one
