the Noah C-2 we have has a card laminated in that looks like a "form" - a variety of models are listed with a check mark indicating the boat it is! Ours is a "Moldau". One of these days we'll get it finished (cokpit rims, outside seam, and outfitting)...

As close as I can get is images of a Noah Moldau C-2 - they're around here somewhere...
