PM'd you regarding the Ocoee!

I plan to be at GAF on the Nantahala with a few boats to sell. All in excellent condition. Probably a Dagger Ocoee, Dagger Ovation and maybe a Dagger Encore or a Mad River Outrage. Send me a pm if you plan to be there and want to take a look.

... do paddle them OC1 but its pretty big. If you want a traditional OC1 for your first boat I would get something in the 11' to 12' range. Dagger Ocoee or Option, Mohawk viper, Probe ect. Those roll nice and have good hull speed. I ran lots of class IV and V- in my Viper 11.

For others who are not close to Echo...the guys at MT Canoes are making composite extra-slim Ocoees. They build very nice boats.

Believe me I checked it out. Super sweet - I gave one a thorough once over this past weekend. I will have one in the next year or two. Hoping to find the rx counterpart as an interim solution.
