Re: Most notable C1 conversion?

Ahhhaaaa there are so many! X, Z, Y Foreplay, XXX, Nomad, Redline, Burn... and the list goes on. I personally like the Zwo. It all depends on the boater and what is being paddled!
Only wish there were more C1 specific designs but we make do! :-)

Re: Cockpit stretching questions

... be something that is pulling it back into shape ( you might have to be heating more than one area to get the shape needed). That said I had a red Zwo that took 2 sessions to modify the cockpit to get it where I liked it. Now I have a yellow Zwo and its just not holding its shape - so more time ...

Jim - yep try her. Sort of a plastic version of the Sith or at least as close as I've come to the Sith. But that said definitely not a Sith! Zwo is twitchy fun! :-) Oh and you should fit too with room to spare!

So Paul, what is a Zwo C1?

Is it a boat I should try?

Re: chopping a wavesport x

... (Foreplay - squashed). All were a lot of fun. Not true squirt but fun if you want to work the water hard. Go for it and enjoy! Working on a Zwo myself! 8)

... thought - beg others for a handy me down for making into a C. It might be older but some of those designs work really well (e.g.: X, disco, Zwo, etc.). On the velcro - it would work for general paddling but when the moves had to be made in big water or technical stuff (and in a C2 they have ...

... relatively easy to pull together with limited funds and are not too techincally challenging. Personally I have converted these: X, XXX, Foreplay, Zwo, Xeno, Micro 250, etc. Deciding which used was based on what materials / funds available at the time. I personally also add bulkheads (thigh blocks) ...

well, well, well...

KNeal I agree you are DELIRIOUS but I don't own one either. It was a smashed Zwo (which might be looking for a new home so let me know if anyone has an interest) that you paddled and paddled well. 8) I also agree you can never have too many Armadas - which begs ...

travels...

No sure your exact plans but if you swing through the Ohiopyle (Lower Yough / Cheat) area I can set you up with a Zwo C1 for your travels. Not sure if I'll be around to paddle but I can try. Nice areas to visit with the GF too. Falling Water, etc. and you can loop through WV too. ...

Slippery Rock paddling and Wheel Boy review (long)….

... fun, at least on the Slip at a lower level. Super stable and relatively fast for a short boat (the two other play boats I paddle are a XXX and a Zwo – both are squashed to make them looser and slower). It bow stalls on demand but squirts like a long boat (like my Viper which was really weird ...

... I will have the pig boat (hydra duet) by then so I can bring a spare C2 for any other family tag team to borrow. I can also bring the xxx, zwo, Micro, or Viper - just let me know interest. I just hope Scott and show with some of that ginger drink! :) PS: I also want to express my shock ...

Step on it...

... a plastic boat I didn't think you could step on and squash! But then some will work out better than others. I squashed my X and loved! Step on my Zwo not once, not twice but three times - which was the charm! I’ve also done other boats and absolutely HATED the outcome! As for my XXX - I stepped ...
