You can get everything you ned at wal-mart. well most of what you need. In the sporting goods section. Plastic case- for battery storage SLA battery- rechargeable and cheap Bilge pump- not the attwood 1250 that everyone loves but they got em. probably under $40 for these items. the rest of the stuff...
