... no experience and no place here to get it. When I went to Africa I spend a day at Snake world to learn more about them. We did almost step on a cobra on a hike. anyone ever have a snake drop into their canoe? or something like that?

... boats hard chined when those boats differ quite a bit in looseness. The difference there is a "hard" chine vs a "sharp" chine. The picture of the Cobra is a good example of a hard chine that isn't sharp- there's no "sharp" angle. It's a matter of semantics, and possibly a throwback to before "sharp" ...

It's been done before. When the first Shelby Cobra was brought into the US, Shelby had it painted (sequentially) different colors to give the illusion of multiple cars.

Fortunately Esquif is considerably more honest.

Just for reference, the height of my C1 seat is 5.5", my Cobra (RAC 13) seat is 6" and my Spark's seat is about 6.5".

It's a good thing that I didn't record any of my Spark runs. At least one 50 on each... :oops:

For some reason my Cobra (13' race-class) was happy to follow the best (and dry) lines.
