Was heading out the door to go squirt and noticed a box on the doorstep from Skirt Works, great surprise! Awesome skirt, very well made and was bone dry. I highly recommend them!

... and came up with this - a simple snapshackle based quick release. 1. snap shackle - an inexpensive brass snap shackle ($15) anchored to the "back bone" with a 1/4 x 4.5" cap screw - this bolt now anchors the snow board binding knee straps, too 2. "anchor strap" - this is a piece of 2" webbing ...

... ASAP! I have had similar shoulder injuries twice, both after bad wrecks skiing or snowboarding. The shoulder muscle runs through a slot in the bone that causes it to irritate itself with only the slightest swelling before hand. It may be the case that 10 days of meds or a few weeks of PT can ...

I just went out and measured mine with the factory installed outfitting. My hip bone is 3-4 inches back from center of the hull.

Viper11 Outfitting Questions

... Viper 11's, I have recently notice my saddle is 3"-4" further forward than the other Vipers I've seen. As a general rule, I've heard your hip bone should be 3"-4" behind the boats center line. In my Viper, I sit with my hip bone inline with the boats measured center line. What is the optimum ...

try pulling the gasket down on your neck closer to your collar bone. Thats what I do and it seems to help. It should still seal properly. You can also, as a last resort, trim the gasket down from the top, a little at a time, until it fits better. But once you cut, you can't go back.

Stretch out your arms, and the paddle butt-to-tip should go about writst-to-wrist. We didn't have any otter ...

Ditto to John's post

At 57 after paddling for well over 50 years, 30 of which on WW I just love being in my boat, hitting some hard lines, doing some new rivers with calculated consequences. IN my new job I can't afford to have a broken bone or bad cut.
