Just make sure the block can pop out with you in case your up button isn't greasy enough. :o The one thing thats got me so far about the meltdown is that I can cartwheel as slow and smooth as my friend's in k1 squirts, or faster and more agressively than anything I've ever paddled. Ain't ...

C-Quirt advice? - Now with Brief Review of the Meltdown

I've just bought a squirt boat, (it's a Meltdown, recently refurbished and cut down by downtime ) I've just been fitting it out for me today, and I wanted to ask a couple of questions: Is it normal to have a sadle so high that your legs and bum ...

... of the lack of speed in my agent! But of course, Who else but Dave is that into his C1? Though I haven't got out in it yet, I'm hoping that my Meltdown c-squirt will surf well enough that I don't need to get a surfboat too (of course if not, I'll be saving my pennies for a Megatron)

... say conversion, but what else is there, really? 4 or 5 plastic boats in the last 15 years and the composite stuff i can't afford. the outfitting meltdown wasn't too bad. the rear pillar ripped out and the seat was pretty loose after that, too loose for me to roll again anyway.

... boat than my big EZ". I have a Big EZ & feel the Sith is faster & looser. If you want outfitting suggestions (per your "After a minor outfitting meltdown this weekend" statement) take a look at my Forplay (sorry I don't have photos up of the Big EZ, but it's the same outfitting). That'll be a ...

Suggestions for faster and looser boat than my big EZ

After a minor outfitting meltdown this weekend, I'm thinking about getting a newer playboat instead of redoing this one. Any suggestions for a good bigwater playboat? At 200 lbs, I'm a little heavy for the big EZ. More hull speed and looser edges would be nice.

Pretty sweet boat! I see a lot of similarities with other boat designs: - edges and ends look like a Meltdown or Viper - Hull shape and convex decks look like a Groove - Cockpit looks very much like a Groove/Jim Gross special - Paint job looks to be lacking metalflake, so ...

I've heard GREAT things about it's mysteryability. So, the short answer to your questions: -26-28" wide, 6" seat height. I'll elaborate on ...

For Sale: C1 Meltdown Squirt in UK

Just incase any UK C1 paddlers read this board.... I have decided that my wonderful piece of boating artwork really should stop hanging on my garage wall and as such am going to sell it. The boat is one of the early Meltdows when Valley were still making them and was cut by Jason Buxton. It was made...
