O, also: the only place you can order these things is through The Outside World. Since I work there, I've been working to get some saddles in the store for sale. However, if you would like to get anything from Beluga, give us a ring (706-265-4500). You can ask for Cory (me) if you want someone to ta...

The Vertige is a great boat and has good initial stability. Also, it's long enough to fit a small child inside (as opposed to gear of some nature), but I'm not really sure how it would work out. Vertige X is a hunk of a boat, but very stable and very roomy. Since your sons are very young, you will h...

the Beluga Appaloosa is awesome. Gives you great control and is very easy to get in and out of. Don't shave too much off until you are absolutely certain what level is good. You can adjust the footbraces to change things up. Also remember that your muscles tense and relax a lot while paddling, so th...

The Taureau is very forgiving; its lines are subtle which is helpful in a lot of situations. Also, it's a breeze to roll, as long as you have airbags in it. It also depends on what kind of rivers you're look at: it can track alright with good cross bow strokes, but it's not flatwater tripper by any ...

I think for this kind of thing you should take a little less serious outlook. It's a get together, and that's what all boating probably should be: boating with old friends and making new ones. If you have been in the sport for any reasonable amount of time then you are most likely aware of the risk....

I think the most of Esquif's boats are kinda intimidating to the newer boaters, so as far as marketing goes, one would want to appeal to all levels; however, there's usually more money in starting boaters these days. Yeah, a lot of the Paradigm's lines are similar to most of dagger's boats, because ...

North Georgia, huh? Although I'm not entirely interested in buying the boat, I think it would be fun to try it out, either pool or even the nanty or something smaller... I actually work at The Outside World in Dawsonville... if you ever come by there, shoot me an email: climbagainstgravity@alltel.ne...
