Re: C-1 recommendations?
Large Jackson Karma my vote. goes up to 300 lbs paddler weight according to jackson. Over 220 lbs and the cascade will start catching stern edges a lot..

Re: Has anybody every used this stuff to seal leaks in Royal
Flexane 94 is THE stuff to use.
http://www.freemansupply.com/DevconFlexane94Fle.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It is used for industrial conveyor belt repair.etc.
It's a 2 Part hardening liquid urathane .
For more strength . Brush it over 18oz. Woven

Re: C1 knee strap placement
IMO I highly reccommend a bulkhead for your knees with 1 set of straps rather than another set of thigh straps. It will help keep the cockpit form collapsing in case of a pin, adds flotation as well , and a lot easier to get in and out of your c1.

Re: WS Recon?
I almost got a 93 myself. At 210 lbs i found the stern edge to be a little to close to the water line. I also found the rounded nose to kind of dart somewhat to one side or other when punching holes at times. I ended up with a large Karma and couldnt be happier.
