when I teach the roll I always teach Flip paddle over during the set-up phase t-grip hand Knuckles down towards the river bottom. Clarification
Smurf and Tommy both Flip they're paddles to roll with the Non power face(although at different Points during the sweep, Tommy b4 the sweep, Smurf at the end of the sweep) Craig does not flip the paddle and rolls with the power-face, Knuckles up. Close to 250 Pounds and Found the Volume and speed of my L'edge more than enuff, I'm sure I lose some manuverabilty in the hull for the weight penalty but it still ain't bad...

NRS Guide
2nd Vote on the NRS Guide, Long Body wears down below the Belly Button at the waistline, Not as stylish as all the Low profile Jackets But comfortable and Plenty of Flotation for those Out of Boat Experiences we sometimes encounter Big pockets, I just wish it was offered in red !
