extruded styrofoam, that's what i was gonna use for my center walls, would probably work for a seat too, but I'm more concerned about the strap lockdown.... Gyromax seat sounds good, how destroyed is it? Could I at least glue some extrueded styrofoam to it and attach some straps to it? light is fast...

So I got a long boat that needs some outfitting sometime before Nov. 6th. i took one down the upper gauley once. It was fun, but too painful. The cockpit is about 12 inches wide. Good thing these are soft, you have to bend the cockpit rim up and wedge your legs under. That said, it's a rad boat, lots of fun. If you have chicken legs like me, it'd be worth trying. Probably...

LP, Do you want to hear about pins? You want to know about pins? I've never needed to undo my outfitting to get out of a pin. My outfitting is the safest, most reputable system around, and the thought of having some sort of QR contraption to get me out is proposterous. AND... C1's NEVER get pinned. ...

You should download Google Sketch Up, it's pretty fun.
