If open boating (and C-1) has declined over the years, I wonder what the age range is of the people who read and use the C Forum? I'm 61 and wondering how many people my age and older are still paddling? I'm not sure ho...

The "stretch" proponents have a lot of experience, but I've never had much luck with it. I say find a moyle and make it a ceremony.

I've shipped boats, but never just a paddle. UPS wants $60 to ship from Minneapolis to Birmingham, AL !!! I've shipped a boat for less than that! Anyone have a suggestion on this? I'm shipping a Galasport paddle, which as you know is kinda pricey...so I'd like to know it'll be haddled well. Any idea...

I'm just hearing about this boat. I'm 6'5" and 215. Sounds like it might be a bit small for me? Anyone out there with some advice?
I do fine in my Ocoee and am OC1/2 certified instructor by ACA.
