Welcome TNbound; I too live in Maine and have a couple of OC1s that you are welcome to try if you have open water near you. Al and Phil make good suggestions to back the screws out if you keep the ME stored in an unheated area. I keep all of my wood railed royalex canoes indoors during the winter to...

Good morning Colin;

I gave you the rails at the Clear Creek put-in. I think B Poirier was the boater that wanted the rails.

JC!

Great to have you and the family on the East Coast versus the West... and out of the Flatlands.

Maine is only several hours out of NJ and our wildlife is much nicer, prettier and kinder. Go North!

Clayton, I just read this off the Penobscot and Paddle Chowder Society site... http://paddleandchowder.org/messageboard/ Due to the rain, I am forced to cancel the planned 1300 cfs boating flows on the Dead River for this week. As of this morning the dam at Flagstaff Lake is releasing 6000 cfs and S...

I measured 48" from the bow and the stern. Pivot the steel tape from the deck to locate the placement- thwarts are 23 1/5" in length.

Just landed in Roanoke, VA after a 13+ hour drive from Maine and heard a radio forecast of 3 inches of rain and snow in western VA.

Feels pretty balmy around these parts... might wear shorts tomorrow.

C z ya,

Kevin

Twister

Interested in the Twister... gel coat or clear coat, hull material and condition and present outfitting situation.

Not nice to tease about a boat like the Twister... PM me and we'll further discuss the possibilities.

The rails/decks have been accepted by a Cboater from Waterloo, CN

Are there any Canadians willing to haul these back to Canada and the Cboater can arrange pick-up?

We can rendezous at ALF '09. Center of the C world for a week.

Merci,

Kevin

Dagger Ocoee vinyl gunnels/decks

I just retro-fitted a 2003 vinyl railed Ocoee to wood and have no need for the vinyl decks and rails.

I will bring these to ALF and would prefer to not ship due to your expense.

Sharing the wealth...
