Re: ALF site onWeb?
O.K., it's me, I'm a klutz. But i can't seem to connect to any site that outlines ALF as an event. Any pointers to any sites with info? Cadster's link doesn't seem work, for me. (refer to klutz) Maybe there isn't one, just show up; Tennessee doesn't seem that big. If I show i'll be mooching off of ...

Re: ALF 2015 special on bulkhead saddles
Just thought I'd share what a blue minicel saddle looks like. If you look, you can also see the logo branded between the knee wings.

Are you on Facebook? Where do you live? I own Ridge Spirit Outfitting and make new bulkhead saddles. A standard solo saddle costs $350 plus TN sales tax. Contact me through Facebook or by emailing me at ridgespirit@gmail.com if you want more info.

Re: Snapdragon canoe pogies, anyone tried em?
I am on my 4th season with the Snapdragon pogies, and they are really great. My go-to paddle's shaft is pretty skinny up towards the t-grip (Zap Paddle) and the hole is loose, but on a Werner Bandit, it fits just right. This has never really bothered me though.

Re: Bulkhead Saddles
It's to allow water to transfer from side-to-side when rolling. It's also the place you would put a pump if you were so inclined. All holes are pre-drilled for wiring and plumbing the pump.

Re: Bulkhead Saddles
ezwater, I'll be lucky if I break even. Whitewater open boating is a microcosm of a microcosm. I'm just trying to provide a product that there has been relentless demand for since Bob stopped making these saddles. Honestly I will probably be in the red for years!

I am using Bob Britt's design, and was trained by the Jedi master himself. These are the same great saddles you may remember, great comfort and quality. If you're interested ...

I will third what cheajack and busterblue have said. My C1 strap anchor position is identical to that pictured in busterblue's pictures. It's solid.
