... at least a couple days before use. The only problem I had was using it before it had gained maximum strength. It costs less than $10 at Ace Hardware. It's easier to remove than other glue if you need to -- you can peel it off. I'm told it works quite well on Royalex as well.

trip report

So I took half dozen teens and two other Dad's on the New River Gorge this weekend for a raft trip. Ended up going with ACE- they had some extra stuff to keep the guys entertained (lake with all sort of fun stuff to bust your A** on. ) This was my first time in a raft- for the first ...

Ace III wildwater C-1 for sale

Bigger than life and twice as ugly, this boat looks like a bruised eggplant thanks to my "what half empty rattle cans are left on the shelf" paint job. I also glassed into the deck the four Aces and a Joker from a set of Grateful Dead playing cards. As reported by the previous owner (our own Adam Pe...

Occasional skin exposure (such as when using acetone nail polish remover...

... On Sunday the boy wanted to hike down and check out Pillow Rock, so we bypassed the stop at Valley Falls. He got to see some of his older friends ace the drop, see some raft flips, C1 surfing and a boater stuffed into the Room of Doom. I'll post those photos later. Paul C

The only thing I've gotten out of my wife's nursing school: rice
R - rest
I - ice
C - compression (ace bandage)
E - elevation

I've found that beer works quite well at the takeout too.

And I agree with " Make sure you warm up and stretch before paddling."
