... is your next boating step. Are you looking at doing more harder creeking? Then get a prelude, skeeter, a fink or a creeker conversion like the remix, jefe or other. Are you looking at doing more surf / play / freestyling? Then get a salsa (esquif) or a wheelboy or a squirtboat conversion. There's ...

... stick. I know, I know... But I couldn't resist the temptation any longer, and picked up my trusty bandit, dug the leaves and detritus out of my Remix, and went and got a practice run in and man did that sh!t feel good. I was slow as sh!t in the race due to my negligence of my heritage, but it ...

... I really don't need it on the Fink unless the weather it nasty or its really big stuff! Don't get me wrong other boats are great too. I think the Remix and Burn are nice C1s as well. But for my $.01 it does make a good down river boat - just don't think you'll be tossing ends in it. Paul C.

... choice, even though Robson make the fink not many people choose to buy just because its a C1. Most of us actually want something different. the Remix, Jeve, Burn etc all make superb whitewater river runners...and we get the sense of satisfaction that comes from converting and paddling them... ...

remix

Hi John

I also used the foot peg mounts and used an aluminum strip to secure the back my first thigh strap location was out of position so I ended up with lots of holes in the back- you're welcome to try the 79, though I wouldn't recommend more than a 69 for you

Remix 69

... fun to paddle and the volume in the bow makes vertical drops over pourovers much less to worry about. I had been in a WS Z for 8 years and the Remix is more of an old school feel of the displacement hulls. I did a pedestal with a Kevlar sleeve in the hull, used my old Northwater double straps ...

REmix

I bought a 79. Outfitted by Bernie Farley at Whitewater Warehouse. His outfitting is rock solid and very well done. I find the boat very quick to turn, almost too quick for an old boater. It's pretty fast, too. Easy to roll and you have to watch for over-rolling, but that's a good thing. Hard to get...

Want to trade kayak for OC-1

Not that anybody on this site would want it  but maybe you've got a friend who is looking for a nice Liquid Logic Remix 79. I have one which is in great shape (only paddled about 6-8 times) and I'd like to trade it for a decent used OC-1

Bernie

I just bought a boat from Bernie, too. A LL ReMix 79.
Bernie's a class act and does a great job outfitting these boats.

I'll be there

Count me in for Sat's run on the Hudson, I will probably stay over and leave early Sunday. Unless it rains... I have a Remix 69 that I have used one weekend.

Saddle Height

Hi insolence,
I've gone for 6'' in both my Wheelboy and Remix, I think that's fairly low.
I find it works a treat, my legs don't always think so!
See you in an eddy one day,
Kelvin.
