2 simple ways to attach jpg's.
1). Use the Img button to attach the "properties" of the image if it is on the internet
2). Scroll down to "Upload Attachment" if the image is in your computer, and use the "browse" feature to upload the attachment
3). Use the URL button if you want to post a link to the image if it is on a share site that allows public viewing.
