I have been keeping an eye out for a tandem open boat- I'd like to be able to take my 12 you son out. I don't recall seeing a howler on the river. What can you tell me about the boat in terms of weight capacity, handling characteristics, etc... ? Thanks.

A trade for a lightweight (under 65 lbs) touring or wilderness tripping canoe would be considered.
