It happens my man...tough C1 market in the greater NYC area. You could consider posting it to Craigslist, Ebay, etc.
I'd consider buying that boat from you but I'm in northeastern PA right off of Route 80 and I don't drive through New Jersey into the city very often. If you can get it out to me or near me, we might be able to make it work.
