Wooden Old Town Canoe with Sailing Rig

I am selling an Old Town Guide canoe with a complete sailing rig. This wooden canoe requires restoration, but the work required is well within the capability of someone with interest, time and moderate woodworking skills. I already stripped all of the old varnish, which is the least pleasant job. Other commitments are preventing me from completing the restoration. I bought this boat for $250, and I would like to sell it for the same amount. Pictures are available by request.
